Some are OK, I used to run Blaze Kick on Blaziken instead of Flare Blitz because I feared recoil, but Blaziken is meant to sweep shit, so conserving HP is not that important. Plus now I don't miss occasionally.

how about submission is buffed up to 110 bp but keeps the 25% recoill, as opposed to the 33% recoil of stronger recoil moves (head charge excluded)?
