ITT: choose a type, create a gym leader/E4 member who uses it and come up with a cool theme that hasn't been done yet
Pic related is the template for all the types.

Nice, true underdogs are always the best archetypes.
Here's mine. I like the idea of having a gym that also serves another purpose beyond battling.

I was going to do a Water gym with a Battleship Theme with emphasis on the cannons and have an Admiral gym leader. The signature pokemon would be Blastoise. TM would be Water Pulse.

The full team would be Mega Blastoise, Clawitzer, Octillery, Kingdra, Wailord, and Carracosta.
