I've been doing alot in moon because I want to 100% regional pokedex. it's harder than I thought it would be but people seem real chill about trading their rare pokes for people trying to fill dexes

Japanese Blue had the best trades. Love the early Kanga and Tauros and the Gengar and Golem, use one of them every time I've played through it.

Also like the Yellow trade for Machamp

Haven't used any major trades in game, but the ones that I like from memory are the Petilil for Cottonee or vise versa from BW where you get a Modest one with near perfect IVs, and there's the Adamant Gigalith from B2W2 with good IVs as well. Another one is the Steelix trade from XY where the Steelix is Impish with perfect Defense IVs iirc
