Do you need the Regis to complete the Pokedex in gen 4?
I know that sounds like a dumb question, but hear me out. In gen 3, Ho-Oh and Lugia basically acted like mythicals; you could only get them through events, and consequently they weren't required to complete the national dex.
As far as I've read so far, the Regis are the only non-mythical Pokemon that you absolutely have to transfer from gen 3 or get in an event in gen 4, so it would make sense that they might not be required for the national dex.
Thoughts/evidence?
