If an ice type is hit with a fire-type move, it becomes a water type until it faints or gets switched out
Poison is SE against water
Make STAB 1.3x, not 1.5
If a critical hit would kill and the crit was necessary to get kill-level damage, the target pokemon is left with 1 HP instead

A confused pokemon doesn't take damage unless it's using an damage move. When using a status move it fails but doesn't take damage. It could be balanced by making confusion last longer or do more damage.

the run away ability should always let you switch out during online battles, even if your pokemon is trapped.
also pickup should let you have a random chance of recovering a used item at the end of the turn during online battles (like 5% chance)

No it does not, you're taking away an entire type and buffing every type weak to ice while making ice types even less advantageous by removing stab. Using ice against doesn't make up for all of the negatives
