There is no such thing as "Ballance" in a pokemon game.
They are purely number based, so regardless of how well you min max your pokemon or get really good at whatever format you specialise in. There will always be a numerically best team and format to play with.
Getting rid of Groudon Xerneas and Lando-T
Will just replace it with chansey/weather stalls.
Or whatever new pokemon they add to the game.
