>>39578092Priority is a dangerous arms race to work with. Remember 6th gen? Look at all the new abilities that shut down priority, as well as the Dark type buff, and Psychic Terrain. They don't want turn order to be determined by priority, they want it to be speed. As it stands it's still common to see at least one priority move each turn, even if it's someone protecting.
