Having hidden numbers be part of the game mechanics is not user friendly. This load of garbage wouldn't fly anywhere else.

I said it's not user friendly. There are competitive online games that are user friendly. I enjoy them.

Formulas aren't the problem dumbass, the problem is the numbers in that formula being almost completely hidden from the player (IVs, EVs, and base stats).
