Garchomps attack obliterates the trainer while Lucario chuckles.
Now had this been Lucario v Charizard, Charizard could have pivoted around and roasted Lucario as while he doesn't take the direct hit in that protected space its always been the chase that the trainer still feels the heat or gets hit by the dust meaning a Charizard could still roast him.
