He basically admitted during the run up to Platinum despite the delay that DP was still partially rushed out.
Starting to cut stuff and dumb it down in Gen 5 so he could rush them out faster was the obvious choice when you dn't give a flying fuck about quality.
So released Gen 5 and 6 and 7 and now 8 with less and less content each time because yearly games are "modern" and obviously "we", who have been telling them to delay until it's ready for years and never had a complaint about Gen 2 or 4 being delayed, want those yearly games, doncha know?
It's definitely not that the only people who DO complain are only doing so because the zero content to keep you playing sees you want more 2 days after release, especially after having had games with hundreds of hours of content in the past, right? Nah, can't be.
