It was the worst game in the series the instant the Dex thing was revealed and it will likely only get worse from here. Sword and Shield could be literally perfect in every other way but Pokemon being excluded immediately reduces it to trash.

I used to not want a remake of Platinum because of what they did to Hoenn but I’m slightly curious now of how they’d gut my favorite game. I’ve ascended.

Only part of the game is zoomer open world and no one with a brain wanted that more than the open world freedom Gen 1 and 2 provided anyway.

Trash Go had it too. Was still shit because the concept is shit (REs are better all day every day), especially with such tiny maps in the majority of the game.

Makes people who like it feel bad about themselves meaning they're less likely to want to stick around and actually buy it. That sounds like doing something to me.

Also hopefully makes the devs feel like retards which sounds good to me too.

Doesn't need it nor do I want it.

Especially after Trash Go.

Kanto was the only one that needed a remake and their idea of a new remake was making it less like the modern games than even Gen 1 was. A demake, in other words.

But I didn’t praise it for anything, I simply stated that it had foaming Pokémon before Sword and Shield did, not that it was a good or bad feature. Gimmick that manages to be even less interesting than z-moves

Thats just false, they would remake diamond and pearl, which I'd be happy with, but they hardly need people to buy SwSh when the game has no budget to begin with.
