Oblivious: protection from rare Attract/Cute Charm and Taunt, although it hardly gets ANY status moves.
Anticipation: A scouting ability that only activates on Whiscash coming in, not when opponents switch, and one that doesn't even reveal the move scouted. Not to mention Whiscash only has one weakness that'll activate it.
Hydration: Mediocre ability only useful in Rain. Also Whiscash's lack of offensive prowess or reliable stalling means it'll seldom be targeted by status anyway.
