Except they use doped up shuckle so that it ferments longer, or the necessary time it takes to create alcohol. No shuckle would willingly sit there long enough for the juices to become alcohol.

Might be seeds instead of berries but it might work as juniper to make gin as it is known to have healthy properties. Made in Hoenn and consumed mostly by people in Galar and Unova.
