There are some guys with crappy practices, sure; but that doesn't mean the rest of us in the industry (from videogames to anything else) like to mistreat our workers or customers when we get big. That 1930's "capitalism" you talk about is dissapearing (mostly because almost nobody wants to associate with guys like that and get a bad image); also the wall of Berlin fell in the 90's showing us what lies on 'the other side'.
I'm other words: capitalism is not about 'getting big and abusing others'; it's about having a free market where people can buy, sell and do wathever they want as long as it doesn't affect the others' rights.
