Again, if Sakurai wanted to do the wrestler archetype, there are much better options to choose from. Picking one from an existing fighting game would bring a lot more hype than Incineroar ever could.
Also,vDecidueye is an owl. With talons. There's alot you could do with that even while ignoring the archer thing. It could use its beak for a pummel or jab, for example, and it's wings could do a lot. Again, this long legs and talons could bring new moves to Smash, unlike any other character.
So far the only characters that use a bow and arrow are the Links and Pits, and it's only for one move of theirs.
There's more you can do with it than just "hold B and release to shoot," especially with Decidueye. Like rapid shots, split arrows, dart throwing, etc..
That's not even touching on the grass typing, it could use Leaf Blade, Grass Knot, and more; and no, you don't need to recycle anything from Ivysaur at all.
