Sure, we can measure how biologicaly mature a body is. But when it comes to the mind, past the point of logical thinking development in kids, it's just an arbitrary social line.
The reason moralfags cling so desperately to that arbitrary line of "mental maturity" is because they know if things were measured objectively through biology the matter would be on a point they feel uncomfortable with.
