Why is Pokemon Company so vague about Pokémon Home? It’s coming out early 2020 I’m surprised we’ve seen literally nothing but a logo. Even Pokémon Bank had a trailer to show what it was

Pokemon keeps many things vague

It's the biggest reason why the current controversy is even as big as it is; they haven't told us enough

They've said they want people to not feel like the rest of their collection is sitting worthless in Home because of the policy change and are working on stuff that lets you interact with them for it (as well as saying they're considering compatibility for them with spin-offs in the future).

No matter what they're going to be worthless. Having a minigame with your sprites isn't even remotely comparable to using them in the games. Gen 7 had Pokemon refresh ffs. There's no point in transfering them so that they can be held at ransom.

Home's going to use the models autist, given both units it will appear on (smartphones and the Switch) are beefy enough to handle displaying them and GOnormies would absolutely shit their daks if they put their shinies in Home and got a sprite looking back at them instead.
