The E3 demo is much more representative of the final game.

No. Localization is being done as soon as the script is done, which it likely has been since the start of the year. The last thing being done in game devlopment is polishing and balancing adjustments -> answering the feedback of playtesters.

But they are. Localization and programming work in parallel you retard. They don't hand the entire finished game over to the localization team and go "lol translate this"

5 months is a bit generous. Games usually go gold a month before release, so they really only have 4 months at most.

The script is being done before the game itself retard. Imagine they wouldn't have done it this way with games like Breath of the Wild or Persona. Do you actually think they'd waste like 5 months instead of having the game ready sooner?

Are you actually retarded? They have to test localized versions of games to make sure nothing got fucked up. Make sure all the text shows properly, and shit like that. They don't just translate text and then paste it into the fucking dialog section of the code and then everything works fine.
