>>39639505There's a stark difference between them and the shitty forms.
Garbodor is great and is pretty much the same thing as muk from a conceptual standpoint, but it takes that concept and actually represents garbage, instead of being vague toxic goo with a face on it.
Klefki is a very original design for a fairy- it's a little creature that steals keys and collects them, and it looks like a keyring because it holds its hands together. It actually sounds like something that would be some fairy tale creature, as opposed to 90% of fairy types which are just cute or pink or have some ultra-vague reference to a region-specific fairy tale.
Klink isn't as good as the previous two but it's a much better take on "man-made Pokemon that builds on itself when it evolves" than previous entries like magnemite. Instead of just getting more of itself, it gets more complex additions. Plus it has really excellent animations, a rarity among gen 6+ models, that really help bring the design to life.
Meanwhile these regional forms just look like they took the original pokemon and slapped a random theme onto them haphazardly without taking into account why the region would make them this way.
