The Pokeball mimic concept is already used by the Voltorb line, and the shroom concept is already used by the Shroomish and eventually Paras lines.

But they look completely different. Concept is not design.
Going by your own logic there are several copy mons in gen 1 alone.

Sure, and gen 1 is pretty shit on this aspect.
But remember anon, you can't do worse than gen 5 dex. At least Nidoking and Nidoqueen have a relatively different morphology and didn't look completely filler. Same can't really be said about gen 5 mons.

No it isn't dip shit.

Gen 5 created all new pokemon models and animations for 649 pokemon.

Gen 5 allowed you to trade any pokemon you wanted because they actually existed in game.

Reused animations and models and non existent pokemon on the chief complaints of these games, you're a completely disingenuous lying retard.

The worst part about all of this is that game freak created all these high poly count 3d models that made their 3ds games run like shit just so it could they could scale fine on high resolution future games. And then they ended up not using most of the models anyway.

Guess we'll see the rest of them in the sinnoh remake. I remember in gen 3 when most of the johto Pokemon was missing from the mainline games, they had another studio develop Pokemon colosseum and XD just so people would transfer the missing 2nd gen Pokemon to their gba games.
