Well considering OP's screenshot is 1429x789 that's somewhere between 720 and 1080 resolution so yeah your going to be able to see those textures on the big screen.

I haven't moved any goalposts. My position is and has always been that the textures look fine unless you zoom in. Something I explicitly said you can't do on the TV so it is irrelevant
