How is it fair that Galar Linoone gets an evolution but not Hoenn Linoone? It will be completely overshadowed by Obstagoon.

Linoone regular has Gluttony and pure Normal-typing to work with Belly Drum. Obstagoon has Dark/Normal which is not as good of a type combination so setting up Belly Drum (if it even has it) is harder.

That won't happen. It doesn't have Gluttony and you can't run Flame Orb and Sitrus at the same time, and putting yourself on a timer is awful for Belly Drum, especially with such a bad defensive typing.
