Team Plasma can't be grouped under one ideology, it was a side that genuinely wanted to create a better world for Pokemon and another side that just wanted Ghetsis to be the new God
For gen 7, you forgot Aether Foundation who had members that were mostly there to aid hurt and endangered Pokemon, but the true purpose of the organization was to fuel Lusamine's selfish and obsessive research into the Ultra Beasts.
The rest are correct

Considering Team Skull was basically a joke to shield Aether Foundation behind, Team Yell will likely be another "team" that's just there to distract from the actual villains and just be complete jokes.

This is the change that was made in Gen VI - ORAS, not the original Gen III.

That change was in B2W2. The original Team Plasma wanted all the Pokemon to be in their control.

I think as a character idea Cyrus is cool but his design is really boring and his plan is fucking retarded.

If they actually wanted to create a character that would be world ending, return everything to the void they should take inspiration from a character like exdeath which is the same concept but done well.
Simply put Cyrus is neither menacing or interesting to actually reflect his ideals, he's like cookie cutter tier

Sure the end goal is pretty dumb but leading up to that point its actually well thought out(I say this because there still is no proof that controlling Dialga and Palkia will allow you to snap the universe how you see fit). It baffles to this this day that people throw it under the bus for being unrealistic. Just think about that for a moment, people are saying something in the world full of elemental blasting rodents is unrealistic. I will agree that he's cookie cutter tier though but that's only because he's as you said, he's neither menacing or interesting. Its possible this was intentional due to his lack of emotions but that just makes him a basic bitch who's just trying to get something done for the sake of being the villain even if he doesn't necessarily view himself as such. Maybe this was also intentional. That doesn't make it good though. I'm sure there are better examples of the emotionless villain character done right.

The destruction and than rebirth is simply too complex for animals with too many retarded variables for which someone would above a 90 Iq would recognize

I think emtionless characters can be done really well, like wesker tier where he is basically a giant spook
But edgy Brock is such a blank slate you can put any other character over him and it would be better

Calling something unrealistic in a fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural horror is fine. Even they have to have some rules to play by even if they disregards our own. For a fantasy work to exist we have to suspend our disbelief for the general concept laid out (and for game mechanics) like electric rats, but that doesn't mean we have to abandon reason entirely and can't roll our eyes at some of the more ridiculous moments.

I get that but after Gen III and the weather trio writing off Cyrus plan is just silly and this before people properly took notice of Celebi and its ties to time travel. Is it really reaching that there could be gods of time and space in the Pokemon world and you could find a way to control them?
