Op, I love your mon and your inspiration, if you want to improve it then your shading is pretty flat. You'll get a lot more solid shape across if you do more than a strip of light down the left and a strip of dark down the right. Look up sphere shading and try and apply that! I'm really fond of your overall anatomy, particularly on the head and neck.
