You can start the game as any of the starters, but later in the game, when you defeat Pokémon in battle, instead of dying, they decide to join you, and you can change into Pokémon that you’ve “recruited”. There’s like a Pokémon box for your Pokémon that you’re not using at the moment.
Massive open world, vibrant terrain with signs of ruined civilizations here and there, and a storyline that I can’t post in this post because I don’t have enough room.
