Gen 3 was Pelliper, Gen 4 was Marill, Gen 5 was the monkey trio, Gen 6 was Carbink. All for similar reasons: They were annoyingly frequent to appear in that gen, they were stingy with EXP output, and they were subpar in battle. Pansage/Simisage gave me some mileage in BW1 though. I don't think there's any mon in Gen 7 that fits this bill as egregiously.

Alone, the concept of baby pokemon is retarded but specifically those are the biggest waste of programong in pokemon.

The only baby I like is Tyroge because it ties several pokemon expanding their lore.
