Okay, so I've been thinking about how they hid one of Galarian Weezing's abilities.
The only reason they'd do that would be if it's tied to a pokemon or mechanic they haven't shown yet.
G-Weezing's thing is that it takes in toxins and spews out clean air. It wouldn't be able to do that in a Pokeball. So what if the other ability is one that occurs when it's walking alongside it's trainer? We've seen both Leon and Marnie with their pokemon out alongside them too.
What if following Pokemon is actually returning and GF has just been hiding it as another mechanic reveal?
Wouldn't be the first time this cycle they just turned something off. In the first trailer they didn't show any roaming pokemon and had NPCs in cities disabled, in the second they turned off the trainers in the Wild Area that were seen in the demo, the demo had generic trainers instead of the gym grunts that were later confirmed to be in, etc.
