Let's tally up the pros and cons so far.
>the positives
Some new pokémon and galar forms are kinda cool looking.
Nice npc designs - gym leaders, rival etc.
Raid battles and new multiplayer features
Wild area.
Pokejobs.
Bede is a mean rival.
First mainline with overworld pokémon, but also kept random encounters for nuzlockers.
A tournament like in the anime (instead of OR in addition) to the E4.
Objectively the mainline pokemon game with the best graphics.
Dynamax and gigantimax are more interesting than zmoves/megas strategically (gigatimaxed pokémon having a G-max move in addition to all their max moves).
No natdex will make the meta more interesting.
A lot more has yet to be revealed.
>the negatives
The graphics are not botw.
Dynamaxing looks bad.
No natdex for those that like transfers or living dexes.
The game isn't out yet.
Yeah... anyone not hyped for this right now is a muppet.
