No one asked for this. It was never needed. No one would have defended a Kiss reference until Game Freak made one. Someone on Deviantart creating Obstagoon first would have been berated. Calling it out for the shit design that it is magically turned /vp/ into /kiss/ overnight. No, recognizing what something is based on doesn't make it based. No one flimsily defends the Abra line because they were based on Uri Geller. No one likes Wobbuffet because it references a japanese comedian. No, you have never listened to anything made by Kiss, not even your parents listened to them when they were younger. You are a contrarian. and failing to admit as such is why Game Freak is able to get away with not just Obstagoon, but several generations of diminishing returns on half-decent designs.
