Muk gaining fairy is a nice buff, decent typing, cool stab bonus but without recovery, insane minmaxed stats, or an insane ability it isn't making it.
490 BST is just bad by OU standards, only these pokemon have sub 500 bst.
Azumarill, Chansey, Clefable, Ferrothorn, Mawile-Mega, Pelipper, Skarmory, Toxapex
mawile and azu having huge power, Pex being mixmaxed with a brilliant move pool, Skarm and ferro have great moves pools and great stat spreads, chansey is minmaxed to fuck and peli is only OU because it is better than politoed.
This mon needs to get something special to become good in OU.
