My mom is from redneck middle america and is super white (german ancestry). Me and 2 of my sisters are all a middle brown tone, but my third sister is WHITE. She's really pale compared to us while still having the dark hair we all got and some Persian facial features. She just happened to get most of her looks from my mother's side.
It does happen, and considering Oleana is pale as fuck, I could totally see her and Rose making a white baby.
