>>39668380>>39668514The story is already way better than SM since this time it's entirely focused on the League while SM was all over the place. Most of SM's story just felt like an interruption from your journey than an actual part of it.
In fact, a lot of the games feel that way. S/S is looking to be one of the only ones to actually tie the League journey to the main story.
Only other times they somewhat did that was Giovanni being the last gym leader and when N just busted into the Pokemon League.
