Sorry but no. To begin with what happens in most of those is the "slash happens so fast the effects only come after it already happened" trop, which isn't even what happened in OP, where a second large blase materializes and hits Primarina, only the bubble being cut followed the trope. Not only that but the slash was slow and weightless, and the animation was shit, and rule of cool only applies when it's well done enough to make up for the lack of consistency. Kill yourself for defending this shit.
