>>39693888I love that cross-gen evolutions are coming back, but I don't like how they're exclusive to regional variants. These variants aren't guaranteed to come back in future games and they are not guaranteed to be transferable so they are pretty much stuck in a single game.
There's also a rumor circulating online that some former cross-gen evolutions for Pokemon in the dex, such as Magnezone, Rhyperior, Glaceon and Leafeon, might be culled because *those* Pokemon will be retconned as "regional evolutions" of past regions. That shit, if true, scares the living fuck out of me.
