He just knows what to during battle. He can't calm his mind. He's as mellow as a medicham but because of his resting bitch face, and his permanent cross mark on his forehead, AND because he is classified as a purely fighting type, people don't think he can ever have a calm mind. He will however get frustrated when people insist that he is ALWAYS angry. But he is trying to stay calm as possible, as OFTEN as possible. It's pointless for him to learn calm mind for those dynamic reasons.
