Ranking:
Morpeko - In my personal opinion, the cutest of the bunch in both of its forms. Its eyes, while soul-less to some, have a more cutesy aesthetic compared to the more oval-eyed Pikaclones. Also has a new type combination and pockets.
Togedemaru - Has a great typing and three good abilities. Distinguished by other Pikaclones for its more rounded body and metallic fur on its back.
Emolga - The only Pikaclone that is flying. Has a general cutesy appearance. Its tail is my favorite of the Pikaclone's, and the use of both black and yellow in its design is very appealing to me.
Dedenne - Has this pear-shaped body and electrical antenna-shaped whiskers and a cable-shaped tail. Cream-colored underbelly meshes greatly with that orange fur. But it is very underwhelming compared to other Pikaclones.
Plusle/Minun - The same thing more or less. The closest of the Pikaclones to Pikachu's design, but since they are the original Pikaclones that is fine.
Pachirisu - Meh

Togedemaru is a mid-late game mon, being available after Alola's equivalent of the fifth badge. Furthermore, in Gen 7, Pokemon had much more viable base stats compared to Gen 3. Togedemaru was GF's first attempt at trying to make a somewhat viable Pikaclone with an actual decent speed and offensive stat.
For a more thematic reason though, Togedemaru is a Pokemon that rolls using electricity, while Plusle and Minun are cheerleaders affixed to one position, so it is no wonder Togedemaru is faster.
