I know that. My point is that their redesign has callback to King Ghidorah. They don't have to outright say it. Reminder that Pokemon works close with Toho for movie distribution and even shared early sound bytes.

Hydreigon's extra heads are its arms. That's why it has 3 heads. 1 normal head + 2 arms. It's not a hard concept to come up with.
