Don't get me wrong it can help absolutely if you need to not get intimidated or have something with mold breaker still nuke you but in all honesty, I feel that levitate will be alot better in general cuz Wheezing has always been good at supporting in some way or form, and also just reduces weaknesses to only psychic too
Where G-Wheezing can help stuff like slaking and golisopod stay in and do work with neutralizing gas, Levitate allows it to just stay in with a doubles partner that spams EQ daily without the need of protect
So where you have to protect yourself from self eq'ing and plan out when NOT to EQ, Levitate just allows you to cripple, damage and just in general fuck shit up while your allies spam banded Earthquake or some dumb shit, why wouldn't you want to will o' wisp/dazzling gleam a kommo-o trying to dynamax and then have your tyranitar nuke it and whatever else it has as a partner with EQ for free?
