He got confirmed today, even though Eldegoss is already in. First Electrike and Yamper, then Alcremie and Swirlix, and now these two.

I literally said this since fucking day one. By lowering our expectations so much w/ how the fanbase overreacts, once they reveal they only cut legendaries and ultra beasts everyone will act like it's the most fucking amazing thing ever.

Mareep has been in the Dex for the last three generations. Sure, in gen V and VII it only was in the second pair of games, but it's a dex regular now.

Yeah, since forms don't take up any actual new dex slot, so if a variant gets in like Zigzagoon, then the normal form gets in as well I assume.

Well if we consider legendaries, mythicals and the UBs (excluding Mew who is confirmed by the stupid Pokeball gadget), that's 79 out of the current 809 dex. So 730.

I don't know guys, I really doubt we're gonna get a dex of 730, let alone 800 if we consider the new additions. Unless you eliminate all the other starters, which would bring us to 667, but even then. No hope from me, honestly.

I'm already seeing Gen 8 being RSECoXD/DPPtHGSS/XYORAS again where you could catch all national dex Pokémon through all the games in the generation.

But if we assume Sinnoh remakes are going to happen, plus LG Johto, wouldn't we be seeing less Pokemon from those two particular regions? Haven't paid any attention to which Johto mons are confirmed, but I've been surprised by how many Sinnoh mons have been confirmed.

Also Blastoise will likely be in game plus G-Drednaw, and older mirrors like Machamp and Conkledurr, Hitmonchan and Sawk, Milotic and Gyarados, and Liepard and Meowstic. I actually think it’s kind of neat they’re drawing attention to these thematic pairings.
