You tried to balance out the birds design, downplaying its legs and erring more on making a "balanced" type of fighter that uses its arms, like this would be an alternate to designs like Hawlucha being restricted to wrestling despite the rare Flying/Fighting type and also a counterpart to Blaziken except being capable of flight.
What I'm saying is the design is bad because it's far removed from its inspiration and you wanted to throw too many ideas in it in hopes of making it well rounded or so when it should've stuck to one which was the most obvious thing to work from.
