>>39736603You know while I do understand the thinking behind this decision, I also don’t. A supposed Z game, that is a culmination of the franchise thus far, with the main Pokémon being a literal “Perfect Forme”, coupled with story enhancements, old character cameos, wishful thinking but also to have every Pokémon available since XY already damn near accomplished that. That would’ve been a game worthy of the 20th anniversary. SM were nice too, but I don’t know, I feel like the experience would’ve been a lot more satisfying to mark the anniversary of the franchise with the theoretical “perfect game” in a generation where the main games made so many things accessible that normally weren’t or were but the normal gamer would have to put too much work into accomplishing the bare minimum.
