Even if Slaking is in, this in not Gen 4 anymore, powercreep is so hard that a lot of stuff can deal with Slaking easily, and his damage output does not make up for the risk involved in using him this way, Galarian Weezing croaks, and Slaking is now dead weight

This strategy will be the Electivire/Gyarados combo of Gen 8

Nah, it will be dropped for Regigigas. That thing has much more utility when the gas isn't up, instead of dying to a move everyone and their mother uses it can deliver some neat support. You could probably even justify running it on non-Weezing teams if Weezing gets popular

It's worth noting Archeops is weak or neutral to almost all forms of priority except Extremespeed

You people are delusional is you think G-Weezing + Slaking/Archeops combo will be dominating, when in Gen 7 you had things like Kartana (with a Deoxys-A tier) attack running around in OU or even monsters such as Kyurem-B (altough granted it was more because of the shit movepool)
