I do think that instead of a Gen 5 remake that attempts to combine BW with BW2 and ends up being an unsatisfying recreation of either, we should get a BW3 with the Original Dragon. Unless they make separate remakes of BW and BW2, which I wouldn't put past them. I could see it being either Gen 9 or 10 depending on how long the Switch lasts.

Here is an idea for the remake: make it a remake of both Gen 5 games but in separate versions.
The Remake would remake BW1 with the White Version and BW2 with the Black version.

Nah, they'll remake BW and then put a postgame episode that effectively makes it so the events of BW2 never happen in whatever new timeline the remakes take place. It'll probably involve some of the BW2 characters like Colress and Hugh.
