You don't have to make a series bible for a character to get noticed it's just that unpopular characters are unpopular for a reason or system of reasons that you have yet to grasp.

An actual wife material with all traits of a caring, wholesome woman with no bitchy features whatsoever. Sounds like an ideal to me.

Cut from the anime, cut from Origins (they preferred to showcase some random unnamed lab aide), cut from LGPE, never featured on a card.
Pic related is the only known Sugimori art of her that exists (and also one of the oldest pieces of Pokemon artwork whatsoever, a 1996 New Year greetings card).

My mother has darker/tan skin too, it may sound dumb but I deliberately chose to play Let's Go as how I looked as kid and seeing her hit my nostalgia like a ton of bricks and brought me childhood memories of me playing Pokemon yellow in the summer
