It needs a lot more. Trade bulk for 105 attack, special attack, and speed, add dragon dance, let it heal, hand over high horsepower, jump kick, and blaze kick then it'll start to get somewhere.

the ironic thing is that the nerds who talk about how gen 4 was the peak of pokemon (which I don't agree with, but that's another argument) always seem to leave out the bag, which was legitimately the best bag in the series.

I agree. It's been bugging me since Gen 6 with the Mega Stones. I think the reason why GameFreak went for a stone for each Mega instead of having only 2 - 3 Mega Stones (Regular, X, & Y, or just X & Y) is because of item clause matches. The same applies to Z-Crystals.

Maybe they knew Z-Crystals weren't going to last past Gen 7 and added discs as a failsafe. I sincerely hope that's not the reason.

Rks system allows Silvally to do double damage against ultra beasts and also reduces damage received from ultra beasts by half. The CDs are used to change Silvally’s type if selected in the bag but do not occupy the held item space. Silvally can now hold items in any form.
