He did the same fucking thing with Trash Go and Bank, despite the fact that if it were to ever work with it, it would've been programmed with it in mind meaning he would have just said yes instead of "we will try to not make people sad again.".
When someone doesn't just say yes or no to a direct question, they're bullshitting you and they mean no but don't have the balls to say it.
