>>39750277Arguably, the security didn't do anything that wasn't out of his job (unless the person itself had a bias over protecting the company/franchises' image and even that somewhat goes side to side with his job). Bringing the poster next to Masuda, knowing the hashtag's infamy is also somewhat disrespectful, due to some taking it too far, even though that shouldn't represent all of the #BringBackNationalDex supporters.
The thing is, why didn't they immediately take out his poster then? Why do this while the event goes?
Because Japan is unaware. As far as I know, unlike overseas, Japan didn't get any fancy schmancy oficial declaration of pokemon ever being any absent. Some of them do, but only because of activity outside of it.
I really hope to god Game Freak has at least shed some light to pokemon missing towards Japan, because if they didn't, this will only INFURIATE Japanese fans even further because they'll be purchasing copies without awareness of the situation.
Before protesting and waving that fancy #BringBackNationalDex tag all across the boards, I'd genuinely be interested in a #InformAllJapanesePokemonFans hashtag one to bring awareness into this situation for them. Because if Game Freak won't tell them, no one else will.
There will be children thinking all of them will be in that game.
Think about THAT.
