I hear Metagross is good for CB Earthquake, with your other option being Adamant Agility Metagross. Latios, Gyarados, and Alakazam are all solid picks as well iirc.

Swampert @ Leftovers: Earthquake, Ice Beam, Surf (4th move changes between Protect, Counter, and Rock Slide)
Latios @ Lum Berry: Calm Mind, Psychic, Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt (Calm Mind is replaced with Surf for Palace)
Metagross @ Choice Band: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Shadow Ball, Explosion (Has Brick Break for Pyramid. Has only MM and EQ for Palace)

This thread got me curious. What are people's sets for Spenser? Since the attacks chosen by your Pokemon in the Palace are dependent on percentage chances and their nature, do you breed up a new team or are there some 10, 000 IQ takteekul jeenyus movesets you can give 'em?

It depends on the facility. In the Battle Pyramid, you just win if you run a CB Slaking with all coverage moves. This also works in the Battle Arena if you're smarter with what you pick but I used a Starmie and a Metagross. The Battle Pike also is smooth with those two plus an Aromatherapy Blissey. The Battle Arena is good if you use a T-Wave booster, like Latios. I have yet to get gold in the Battle Tower, Palace, Arena and Factory. Make sure that if you are doing the Battle Factory, you have no streak in the Battle Tower. The IVs of your opponent are chosen by your Battle Tower record due to a bug with the exception of Noland, so not having a streak gives you an advantage in that regard.

I use a Hasty Heracross with full attack and speed EVs and its moveset is Bulk Up, Megahorn, Brick Break and Reversal. The idea is that above 50% HP it boosts and below 50% it starts to attack.

I guess that's more of a general choice as opposed to Spenser. For silver, I used a Gentle Ampharos with dual screens and T-Wave. That worked extremely well. I also use a Sassy Aggron.

Fuck yeah, I love the Battle Frontier. I've been replaying Emerald lately and having tons of fun with this. I cycle between Swords Dance Blaziken, CB Metagross, Toxic stall Milotic, and Rest-talk Regice. With these guys I got all the gold symbols except for the Pyramid, where I haven't even gotten silver yet because fuck that place
