Does anyone have any good Cosmic Power sets that DON'T include Stored Power? I want to run it on Claydol and I'm looking for ideas. Current idea is a Sitris Recycle set. Then it could run either 2 offensive moves or 2 support moves for Doubles.

No, because cosmic power is a shit powerup if you don't have some defensive ability (i.e. magic guard, unaware) and reliable recovery to back it up
