>>39760234I know you're trying to sound humble in your letter, but you still sound incredibly pretentious. A half hour meetup with "a leader" isn't enough to train you. And if Ishihara knows who you are, why didn't he give you more of his time? What other employees that work with Pokemon? If they knew who you were and respected your aspirations, they would've done something like invite you to lunch. I know a lot of people in the video game industry myself, but I look at them very differently than you do: You seek to use them as a "tool" to get what you want, that's why you said he was "in the way". I genially enjoy socializing and talking about stuff with my friends who work on AAA games, because they're my friends and I would still respect them even if they didn't have such positions.
If you scream your dream like you have been having, people are going to think you're fucking crazy. You need to seriously learn some humility. After you've worked hard for say, 15 years, then announce your incredibly hard to reach aspirations when you have the qualifications and portfolio to back it up. Right now, you have nothing and your "screams" have just as much merit as literally anybody else with the same dream as you do.
A signature will get you nowhere. A well written referral from the many executives you claimed to have met, as well as them allowing you to use them as a reference will hold much more merit, and you cannot gain those things from everyone after only brief visits.
I'm interested in discussing this with you more and hopefully steer you on the right path. Your heart is in the right place, but you are making a vast amount of mistakes that right now that can and will have detrimental effects on your reputation and career. I hope you take this time to listen to what people are saying and approach this in a more professional manner, and not claim people currently in the position you seek are "in the way", that's flat out disrespectful.
